In simple terms, unexpected events can occur in life, such as losing a job, a close family member getting hurt, or natural disasters affecting travel plans. Travel insurance can help if you need to cancel due to covered reasons like illness, injury, or death in the family, lost luggage, flight delays, or trip disruptions. Having travel insurance safeguards your financial investment.

Yes, you need a passport to travel outside the US. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months after your return date, and you need to have at least one blank page. Whether you need a visa depends on where you're from and where you're going. We remind our clients about the necessary immigration documents for each trip, but it's ultimately their responsibility to make sure they have the right documents and an up-to-date passport. You can apply for a passport online at the official travel website or go to your local US Post Office for help. If you're still unsure, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to help you and point you in the right direction.

I'll look for different options and get the best deals to make sure your special day is perfect and within your budget.

I recommend starting to plan your honeymoon about six months ahead of your desired date. This will make it easier to find cheaper flights and reserve the resort you prefer. For destination weddings, it's best to start planning at least nine months in advance to secure your chosen date. Plus, this gives your guests enough time to make their travel arrangements.

The answer is actually yes. Many of our partner resorts provide a free Symbolic Wedding Ceremony. Each resort has specific requirements to obtain this perk such as a couple must stay in a certain room category, or stay a minimum number of nights. Each package typically includes the ceremony, a champagne toast, and cake.

The most popular islands include: Mexico, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Aruba, Bahamas, and Costa Rica

Jamaica. In Jamaica, you will need to be 18, be in the country for 2 days before the wedding date and no blood test is needed. The reality is that most clients will get legally married in Canada and then have a symbolic ceremony at the destination of their dreams.

It depends on your style and budget. However, selecting an All-Inclusive resort allows your guests to know exactly how much to budget with no additional costs once on property, as the food and drink costs are built into the room rate.
